Booking and cancellations

A 50% deposit is required at time of booking. A $250 security deposit will
also be collected on stays 3 nights - 29 days. For extended stays there is a one month deposit required in advance with the 50% 1st months stay.

Check-in is 2pm-11pm. Check out is 12 noon.

A $75 cleaning fee applies to all reservations and is collected in advance.

Pond view house rules

Each apartment has been prepared complete with comfortable furnishings, all kitchen utensils, bed linens and towels. Guests may wish to bring their own favorite pillows or blankets however re-arranging, re-decorating is not permitted.

Pets and smoking

The entire property is NON-SMOKING.
There is no lighting of candles.
We love animals but we advertise as PET FREE. This affords guests checking in with allergies to feel confident and safe. Therefore we cannot
accommodate pets. No exceptions. If you are travelling with a certified
SERVICE Dog we will need documentation. There is an additional cleaning fee of $100 that will apply. Service animals cannot be left unattended at any time.
