Reservations
Our rates are based on $79.00 per night. Holidays may be slightly higher. We also offer a reduced monthly rate for extended stays of one month and longer. A full deposit is required at time of booking for reservations 3 nights - 1 month. A full one month deposit is required for extended stays of longer than a month. A $250 security deposit will also be collected on stays 3 nights - 29 days. For extended stays there is a one month deposit required in advance with the 1st months rent. * Please see our cancellation policy below.
A $85.00 Check in Check Out / Cleaning fee is also collected in advance.
Check-in is 2pm-10pm. Check out is 11 am.
Cancellation Policy
If you’d like to cancel… Our units are very much in demand we require a 30 day notice to cancel on reservations 3 days to 1 month for full refund. A 50% deposit will be refunded if you cancel 14 days -30 days prior.
For long term stays…. 30 days or more…. we respectfully request a 60 day notice for full refund of your first months rent. Any questions, please feel free to contact us. Thank you, Sally and Pete
