Each one bedroom, one bath, 500 sq ft apartment offers private separate entrances. They are located on the second floor. The units are attractively decorated. Both have hard wood floors with area rugs. Each offers a queen, memory foam style mattress. Fresh linens, pots and pans, hair dryer, complimentary starter supplies (ie: toilet paper, soap and shampoo) are provided for each new guest). We utilize an independent cleaning service between guest stays.

The area

The Kensington section of Berlin, CT 06037 is the most central zip code in the state. From this location you can access Rte 9, Rte 72, I-84 and the I-91 corridor. Berlin offers a casual laid back feel but has everything you will need: Banking, shopping, restaurants. The Berlin Amtrak station is a short walk where you can board the local Hartford/New Haven line or Amtrak into NY City or points north. For our traveling medical guests our location serves: UCONN Health Center, Hospital of Central CT, Hartford Hospital, St. Francis, Middlesex and Mid-State, the Newington VA. Yale New Haven Hospital is a 30 minute drive or you can take the train.
